Product Introducion
The external pressure equalization design enables precise overheat control under varying loads of the oil cooler.
The complete pre-assembled unit, including the valve body, capillary tube and sensing bubble, can be directly installed by spot welding on site.
The sturdy brass-copper structure can withstand the R134a oil mixture medium in the refrigeration cabinet for a long time.
The sensing bubble must be firmly clamped onto the outlet pipe of the oil cooler to accurately measure the actual operating temperature.
Designed specifically for the 19XR/19XL oil cooler circuits; cannot be replaced by the float-type oil inlet valve of the 09XR series evaporator.
Common failure modes: Inflation leakage of the sensing bubble causing regulation failure, internal passage blockage, unstable oil temperature fluctuations, abnormal bearing temperature alarm.
