Product Introducion
The internal metering cartridge size has been expanded, providing a higher maximum flow capacity compared to 32GB404454, meeting the highest cooling requirements of the ultra-large 30HXC chiller.
The pre-formed bent copper tubes are matched with the factory original pipeline layout, reducing the need for rework during on-site maintenance.
Shielded cable connectors can effectively resist electromagnetic interference in the electrical cabinet of high-power chillers.
It must be used in conjunction with the dedicated PD4 EXV driver board; direct voltage supply will permanently damage the built-in stepper motor windings.
There are significant differences in stroke range and flow coefficient compared to 32GB404454. Even though they look similar, cross-replacement of parts is strictly prohibited.
Common failure modes: linear step deviation triggers overheating protection, system contaminants cause internal hole blockage, corrosion of shielded cable connectors, and evaporator pressure fluctuations.
