Product Introducion
The large-flow nozzle structure specially designed for the high-tonnage 30HXC units can provide sufficient refrigerant supply even at the maximum operating load.
The pre-bent original copper tube layout is in line with the factory pipe routing, reducing the welding modification work during on-site maintenance.
The sealed stepper motor module can effectively resist the moisture in the cabinet and the corrosion of refrigerant vapor, ensuring long-term stable operation.
It must be used in conjunction with the matching PD4 EXV driver board; direct power supply will cause the motor winding to be permanently burned out.
The flow rating and mechanical stroke are significantly different from those of the small-capacity model 32GB401044. Cross-model interchange is strictly prohibited.
Common fault modes: Loss of stepper motor steps leads to overheating search fluctuations, internal nozzle blockage caused by system contaminants, oxidation of connector pins, and unstable evaporator pressure fluctuations.
