Installed on the oil supply pipeline of the Carr*ier 19XR centrifugal chiller:

• Continuous monitoring of the real-time pressure of the lubricating oil in the main bearing and gearbox, converting the pressure values into proportional analog signals and transmitting them to the main controller of the unit;

• Realization of oil pressure safety interlock function, triggering the unit's protection shutdown when the oil pressure drops below the safety threshold, preventing dry friction of the bearings and severe mechanical damage;

• Providing pressure feedback signals for the logic judgment of the oil pump operation, supporting automatic start of the oil pump and speed regulation;

• Transmitting the oil pressure data to the unit's HMI for real-time monitoring, trend recording, and fault troubleshooting;

• When the internal diaphragm fails, the circuit is disconnected, or the signal is lost, locking the unit and outputting a fault alarm.
